In 2017, we noticed that Polish entrepreneurs were stuck in a stalemate. Cases for payment of 15,000 PLN lasted in courts for over a year. This blocked capital and destroyed relations with contractors. We decided to create a place in Lublin where a dispute is resolved at a table, not in a courtroom.

We started as a small team of three people in 2017. Today there are seven of us. Over these 8 years, we have learned that business is rarely about revenge. Most companies simply want to recover money and return to work. We enable them to do that, using clear rules of the game.

We act discreetly. Our office at Krakowskie Przedmieście is a neutral place. There are no cameras or public protocols here. We solve the problem, we don't look for the guilty. This approach allowed us to save 83 contracts that would have ended in court with the termination of cooperation.
